The People’s Market

Empowering Families with Dignity by Providing Access to Food and Essentials, Combatting Hunger and Food Insecurity.

Community Partners

A Market for the people, by the people.

Imagine entering a grocery store, uncertain if you can afford essentials for your family—this is the reality for 1 in 4 Canadians experiencing food insecurity.

The People's Market addresses this crisis by offering a dignified, grocery-store-like experience for families in need. Unlike traditional food banks, our clients use shopping carts and aisles to select fresh and frozen items that meet their unique needs, empowering them to make choices for their families with dignity.
