This event is part of our Brothers for Sakeenah series, bringing together fitness, faith, and brotherhood in one impactful afternoon. It begins with Intro to Boxing, where participants will learn fundamental techniques, footwork, and conditioning drills to build strength, stamina, and confidence.
Following the workout, enjoy an inspiring talk focused on discipline, compassion, and allyship, reminding us of our duty to be strong, supportive members of the community.
