Grounded in practical tools and reflective practice, this session will explore how stress, emotions, and daily habits shape our eating patterns, while supporting participants in reconnecting with their body’s natural hunger and fullness cues. By fostering greater awareness and self-compassion, the workshop aims to reduce guilt and anxiety around food, promote intentional eating, and empower participants with simple strategies they can integrate into their everyday lives for improved overall well-being.
