Sakeenah for Seniors

Sakeenah for Seniors is a wellness-focused initiative by Sakeenah Canada, a national non-profit organization dedicated to empowering vulnerable populations through holistic, culturally, and faith-informed support.

EMPOWERING SENIORS THROUGH WELLNESS, COMPASSION, AND HOLISTIC CARE

Sakeenah for Seniors seeks to create spaces for learning and connection to foster community, belong, and purpose among our seniors.

This program is designed to help our elders stay active, healthy, and socially connected through engaging workshops, interactive activities, and wellness events. Each session focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and soul, whether through movement, nutrition, mindfulness, or creative expression.

By creating spaces of learning and connection, Sakeenah for Seniors fosters community, belonging, and purpose, ensuring our seniors continue to thrive and feel valued in every stage of life.
