Join us for morning of yoga & and mindfulness led by Zainib Abdullah, Psychotherapist and Founder of Wellnest. This event aims to provide women with a safe & supportive space to explore the benefits of yoga & mindfulness for mental & emotional well-being.

This event is open to women of all backgrounds who are interested in learning about mental health, abuse awareness, and mindfulness techniques, and individuals seeking to educate themselves on emotional and mental health or provide support to others.
