Event Information

Unwind your mind, connect with your creativity, and explore what it means to trust the process.

This 90-minute clinician-led experiential workshop uses process painting as a powerful tool for self-reflection and growth. Through a guided, hands-on creative experience, participants will explore common patterns of control, rigidity, perfectionism, and anxiety while learning to cultivate greater flexibility, trust, and surrender.

Drawing on evidence-based psychological frameworks and Islamic concepts such as Tawakkul (trust in Allah) and Qadr (divine decree), the workshop offers a unique opportunity to move beyond intellectual understanding and experience these concepts in practice.

No artistic experience is required. Whether you are seeking personal growth, stress relief, or a deeper connection to Islamic principles, this workshop offers a supportive and reflective space to explore, create, and grow.

Workshop is open to all.
