Workshop Overview
This session is designed to support community members as they prepare for Ramadan with both spiritual and emotional readiness. Participants will learn practical tools to:
- Manage stress and overwhelm before and during Ramadan
- Set realistic expectations for worship and daily routines
- Practice self-compassion while navigating fasting and life responsibilities
- Support mental wellness through faith-centered strategies
