Bringing a baby home is often considered one of the most joyful moments in a new parent's life. However, for some, this experience isn't always filled with excitement. In fact, for some, these less-than-ideal feelings can begin during pregnancy, and continue into the postpartum period.
This is a webinar for everyone and anyone. While we often hear of mothers experiencing PPD and PPA, fathers can also experience it. We'll also be discussing how to support one's partner through this time.

About the artist: Zakera was born and raised in Toronto, ON., where she acquired a BA in Political Science from York University. As a full-time mom of 4, with a passion for Arabic calligraphy, she shares her passion by teaching what’s she’s learned with people of all ages from different communities and different cultures. Hoping to inspire others she designs Arabic calligraphy digital art and customizes canvases that portray the beauty of Islam.

Champions for Charity Golf Classic

The Champions for Charity Golf Classic is an annual signature fundraising event that brings together leaders in our community along with a group of corporations, foundations, community groups, and individuals who enjoy a tremendous day of golf while raising much needed funds towards the Tawheed Community Centre, Sakeenah Canada and ASK Foundation. A portion of proceeds will go towards the Gaza Resettlement Program.

Our speakers will answer these questions and more. We’ll also share insights on how you can support yourself and your loved ones while they grieve.
